虽然singapore post的服务绝对值得信任，可是要成功地将一切信件顺利地寄到学生的手中，是需要多方面的配合的。这个道理很难明了吗？

如果学生搬家可是不通知我们，是我们的错吗？
如果协调员过于忙碌而把地址打错，导致学生接收成绩，是我们的错吗？
如果Admin department遗留了一、两张成绩没有寄出，是我们的错吗？
如果学生自己把地址写错，然后说学校没有寄成绩给他们，难道是我们的错吗？

我无法接受一个部门副经理连这些因素都不了解就要我们ensure这些错误不再重犯。我们这里说的是上万的学生，你以为一千几百？

Dear All,

I hope that the reasons leading to the bounced back letters/ result slips
have been rectified and the letters have been re-sent to the students
or updated to SSU coordinators. Do ensure no letters are to be retained in
EU. There should be no repeated names appearing in the unfranked letter
listing next month.
